NACA 4412 study case

Hello
I have some questions about the NACA 4412 case file provided in cfd support study cases:
1- how to set the simulation for other meshing (structured ones) that I did using block mesh please.
2- Trying to run the case without making any change gives this error. I tried to solve it many times without success. any suggestion on how to solve it especially for the solver related ones (rhomin....)
