Incorrected edges meshing with snappyHexMesh

Hi to everyone.
I'm trying to mesh a blade of an axial turbine stage and I have some issues using snappyHexMesh.
I'm using different stl files to describe my geometry, the meshed edges obtained running snappyHexMesh should respect the shape of the original stl files. These are extracted from blockMesh, from which I obtain the various patches thanks to the surfaceMeshExtractDict.
After meshing my domain (a periodic channel between two consecutive blades) my grid doesn't respect the edges of the originary stl geometry. This creates problems, in particular to my cyclic surfaces. The single patches that I use have been checked with surfaceCheck, and they haven't errors in them. I have also used surfaceFeatureExtractDict to obtain and use eMesh files of the edges. I've used both "refineSurfaces" and "feature" entries in the dictionary trying to improve the precision of the mesh. I'm updating a picture to clarify the situation.
I can't replicate the process and the geometry given with stl files as done in the case study in the NODE 336 (here the link https://www.cfdsupport.com/Turbomachinery-CFD-manual/node336.html).
Every help will be well accepted.
Thanks in advance
